| This community is well maintained for the most part. The grounds are well kept and the Unit owners have a pride in ownership. However, as with most associations, our Property Management leaves a lot to be desired. Our Board seems to rely too heavily on the advice of Management. Needless to say, unit owners do butt heads at meetings. It can be contentious, to say the least. Overall, it is a quiet community with numerous "clubs" and various organized trips. It has over the past several years, become more of a "working" community then a "retirement" community which I enjoy.
