At Europa, you will zip up to your residence in a private elevator that opens to your foyer.

Prices for remaining units start at just over $1.5 million and go up to just over $4.5 million for the most astounding penthouse, nearly 7,000 air conditioned square feet and five terraces including one that wraps around the east corner of the building.
The sales office opened in September 2003 and the project was 20% reserved before the Developer even started a significant advertising campaign. Only a few remain available.
Europa is located in Lauderdale By The Sea, just north of Fort Lauderdale gold coast of beachfront hi-rise condos, the Galt Ocean Mile. The building is ready for occupancy since december 2006
It also might be the last great new building in the area for some time.
The political climate has turned against what some perceive as "over development" and Lauderdale By The Sea enacted a building height restriction of 45 feet shortly after this project was approved. A similar climate exists in Pompano Beach to the north and to the south in Fort Lauderdale, where Galt Ocean Mile is (for all intent and purposes) built out and few sites for new beachfront construction remain elsewhere.
